Track Your Order

Once your order ships you'll get an email with your tracking number — usually within 1–2 business days of ordering. Enter it below (or click the link in that email) to see where your parcel is. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days; carriers sometimes take a day or two to show the first scan, so if the page looks empty at first, give it 24 hours. Haven't received a tracking email after 3 business days, or has your parcel stalled? Email support@getrenovia.com with your order number and we'll chase it down for you.
